MOTORHOME RENTAL - FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
I have never driven a Motorhome in Ireland (or anywhere!) before, is it difficult to drive?
Ireland West Motorhomes are very easy to drive once you get used to their size - it's just like driving a ford transit van with a box on the back! It has power steering, right hand drive and manual transmission making it very similar to your own vehicle.
What about all the appliances, e.g. heater, cooker, shower, toilet etc. How do I use these?
Again, everything is easy to operate and you will be given a detailed demonstration of everything you need to enjoy a special "Holiday on Wheels". You will not be allowed to leave base until you have a full understanding of the workings of all appliances. Please allow approx. 1 hour upon collection for a detailed tour of the vehicle.
